Website delivery and hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. Delivering and securing a page requires technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, access time and browser information. Netlify may process operational and security logs. This processing supports the reliable and secure operation of the website. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service under Article 6(1)(f).
Netlify uses infrastructure that may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Details of Netlify’s data handling and international transfers are available in its privacy policy. Hosting records follow the provider’s applicable retention settings; contact us for information about records relating to your visit.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
This website does not set its own cookies or use browser storage, advertising pixels or client-side analytics. Fonts and styling are delivered with the website from our own server; no external font or script services are loaded. Agency pages are linked, not embedded. The language switch simply opens a separate page.
Enquiry forms (agency match and listing suggestions)
When you send the agency match form, we receive your first name, email address, the Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp contact you enter, your main platform, revenue range, preferred language, the help you selected, your optional note, your confirmation that you are at least 18, the page you sent it from and, if available, the website you came from. The listing form transmits the agency name, website, contact email, location, services and your message.
The form is processed by a serverless function hosted by Netlify, which forwards the content as a notification to the editorial team via the Telegram messaging service (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Telegram may process data outside the EU; see its privacy policy. We do not store form submissions in a separate database, and we do not use them for advertising.
Listing suggestions are the exception: they do not go through Telegram but are received by Netlify’s form service (Netlify Forms), stored there and delivered to the editorial team by email. We delete them once the suggestion has been handled.
We use the details only to answer your enquiry, for example to reply with suitable agencies, or to review a listing suggestion. We do not pass your details on to an agency without asking you first. Where the GDPR applies, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request) and, for the optional details you choose to provide, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email. We delete enquiries when they are no longer needed, at the latest twelve months after our last contact, unless retention obligations apply. Please do not send passwords, access codes or identity documents.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive the address, message and other information you choose to send. We use it to respond to the enquiry and manage necessary follow-up. Depending on the request, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are retained as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable retention obligations. Do not send passwords, access codes or identity documents for a listing enquiry.
External websites
When you follow an agency link, you visit that provider’s website and its privacy rules apply. Clicking an email link opens your email application; no message is sent automatically.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact us using the email above to exercise your rights.
