Scout scores and ranking order
The directory contains 55 agencies: the 50 names listed by OFAgencies on September 14, 2026, plus TDM and Teasy, since October 27, 2026 Murmur Studios and Ventures Agency, and since November 3, 2026 Drippy Agency. Our ranking is sorted by the editorial Scout score, highest first. Providers whose websites could not be reviewed remain at the end without a score.
The score is a recommendation assigned by the publisher on a 0–10 scale. It expresses our editorial preference for creators seeking management support. It is not a customer average, measured service quality or an independent agency test. Scores and descriptions are our own; they are not copied from another ranking.
Note: The operator of this site has commercial relationships with some of the agencies listed here. The order reflects an editorial assessment.
What informs the editorial score?
- Service offering: the range and relevance of the described management, content, marketing and support tasks.
- Clarity of terms: how clearly fees, scope and cancellation are explained before an enquiry.
- Creator control: published explanations of account access, payouts, content ownership and approvals.
- Support and working process: named contacts, communication, planning and reporting described by the provider.
We weigh these considerations editorially, without a fixed mathematical formula. The decimal is our chosen recommendation scale, not measurement precision. A specialist or referral service can be useful even when it ranks below a broader management offer. A lower score does not establish poor performance.
What does “verified” count?
5/6 verified means five of six listed service categories have supporting provider sources. Green means all categories are confirmed; orange means one or two are unconfirmed; red means more than two are unconfirmed. The denominator includes every category shown in that profile; the numerator counts those we could substantiate. Similar descriptions are grouped into the same category: chatting maps to fan messaging, DMCA removal to content protection, and content calendars to content strategy.
We check official provider websites. A documented partner service also counts when the provider confirms that its creators can access it. Partner delivery and the basis for confirmation are identified in the profile. Some categories were confirmed to the publisher directly by the provider; the profile marks them “Confirmed by provider”. For Noblesse, seven categories are described on its website; Instagram account recovery is documented by Kahyalar Solutions and its availability to Noblesse creators was confirmed by the provider on September 14, 2026. For Murmur Studios and Ventures Agency, all eight categories, the fee range and monthly cancellation were confirmed by the provider on October 27, 2026; Instagram account recovery is delivered through Kahyalar Solutions as a partner service. For Drippy Agency, seven categories, the fee range and monthly cancellation were confirmed by the provider on November 3, 2026.
Verified checks whether an offer is documented. It does not establish that the work was delivered, that outcomes are typical or that an agency is trustworthy. It is separate from the editorial Scout score. A missing public description is marked unconfirmed, not unavailable. Seiren and YKTA could not be checked against a working provider site and show zero confirmed categories.
Sources and corrections
The original review date is September 14, 2026; later checks and provider confirmations are dated in each profile. The ranking was last updated on November 3, 2026. Each profile links to the sources and lists confirmed and unconfirmed categories. Public websites and direct provider statements are self-reported information; no private accounts, client results or contracts were audited. Scope can change and should be agreed in writing.
Send a public supporting link through our submission page or to contact@kahyalarsolutions.com for corrections. The date changes when the information is reviewed again.
Questions about the method
How are Scout scores set?
The publisher assigns each score on a 0–10 scale after weighing the published service offering, clarity of terms, creator control and support. There is no fixed formula and no customer survey; the score expresses our editorial recommendation.
What does verified mean?
Verified counts the listed service categories we could substantiate through the provider website, a documented partner service or a direct provider confirmation. It does not measure quality, delivery or earnings.
How can I request a correction?
Send a public supporting link through the suggestion form or to contact@kahyalarsolutions.com. We review the source and update the profile and review date if it checks out.
